The Demolished ManThe Demolished Man by Alfred Bester is an American science fiction police procedural novel set in a future where telepathy is common. Written 30 years before the 1980s cyberpunk boom, the novel anticipates that sub-genre with its mix of plot elements such as powerful corporations, high-tech weaponry and the interplay between varying classes of society.

Album of the Week

Nigel Kennedy - Tchaikovsky & Sibelius: Violin ConcertosNigel Kennedy - Tchaikovsky & Sibelius: Violin Concertos
As one of the most successful classical performers of his time, violinist Nigel Kennedy's genre-defying music helped him achieve a level of fame typically reserved for pop stars. In Violin Concertos, Kennedy seamlessly captures the beauty and essence of composers Tchaikovsky and Sibelius' greatest works one note at a time.

Merci :)
